My name is Melinda Rose Hathaway, I am 15 years old, I live in Western Canada, and I have
cancer. I created this page so that I could do at least a little something to help provide
other Cancer Kids and their caregivers (especially those who are newly diagnosed) with hope, with access to some of the
important information that they might be looking for, and with contact to other Cancer Kids, caregivers, and cancer related
sites all over the world. After all ... isn't that what the World Wide Web is really all about?
I would also like to help you get to know me better ... as a real person and not just as a girl with
cancer. If you have the time, I'll tell you about some of the things that I am interested and involved in, you can read
some of the poems that I have written and the artwork that I have created over the past two and one half years, and you can
even visit some of the sites that I like the best.
